Enjoy slow-cooked barbecue and authentic smokehouse flavor with this top-of-the-line electric smoker and grill. Perfect for large gatherings, it comes equipped with two chrome-plated steel cooking grills that can hold up to 50 pounds of food. Cook a ham on one level and a chicken on the other. Both the top and bottom grill levels cook at about the same temperature, so when cooking different types or cuts of meat at the same time, place the meat that cooks the fastest on the top grill for simple removal. The unit's stable base contains a 1500-watt heating element and lava rocks for powerful, consistent heat, while its dome lid effectively keeps in the heat. Other highlights include stay-cool wooden handles, a front-hinged door for convenient access to the porcelain-coated steel water pan, a separate base pan for easy cleaning and set-up, and a lightweight design at just 28 pounds. The UL-listed electric smoker and grill measures 17 by 17 by 35 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty.

"I bought the smoker for $69.00 on sale. It is a great unit for smoking if you do not want to invest hundreds of dollars. Electric unit so you do not have to fight charcoal and propane. It can also be used as a grill and I am starting to like better than the gas grill. More flavor in the meat if you use wood. I have smoked turkey, ribs, brisket and a 20 lb Boston Butt in the smoker. It would be tricky to cook fifty ponds of food at one time. 20-30lbs a time is no problem at all though"
"After spending a ton of time going through this forum and reading for months at a time I finally decided to get into the smoking world. After much consideration and research I decided to go with the Electric Brinkmann for its smaller size which is great since I live at an apartment complex. Also I liked it since it was electric and i didnt have to deal with keeping coals hot and my temp up. After I purchased it I seasoned it just like it says to and for my 1st smoke I did a garlic marinated tenderloin that I had in the fridge. I wrapped it in bacon and threw it in. I also did some italian sausage the same day. The tenderloin turned out great. Since then I've smoked spare ribs, butt, brisket, buffalo turds, and some wicked baked beans. Even though I need more practice everything has turned out pretty decent. I would recommend this to anyway who doesnt have a ton of space or a beginner who wants to get into the hobby."
